Placebo reforms, cryptic communications, and uncertain semantics. The Healthcare Profession of the Physicist does not pertain to Opticians and Optometrists. The Optician, established under Royal Decrees No. 1334 of 1928 and No. 1265 of 1934, remains the only professional for ophthalmic medical devices and retains all professional prerogatives acquired from 1928 through Interministerial Decree No. 92 of 24 May 2018.
